About us

Bee farm “Kostov” was established in 2015. In the beginning with the idea to be just a business, but later became our passion and mission. Touching the bees taught us that in every way nature is amazing.
We can learn a lot from these unique creatures – from the way they build and create their society. There is no division in their family, no less important members. Each bee has its role and each bee is ready to give its life for the family.

Unfortunately, the development and modernization of agriculture seriously threatens the survival of bees. The planting of huge areas with monotype crops, the use of unregulated and dangerous preparations, as well as the change in climate, have an extremely negative impact on these wonderful creatures.

We believe that saving bees is vitally important to us humans. These tiny insects pollinate a third of the food we consume. They also produce honey, bee pollen, royal jelly and wax – products known for their benefits to human health.

That’s why we urge you to buy honey and bee products from local beekeepers and not from big chain stores. In this way, you support small businesses in Bulgaria and help them to continue caring for bees.
